We do our best to ensure images accurately represent the products however the actual colour you see may vary depending on different computer software and systems used and cannot guarantee your computer system is accurately presenting the correct colours. The Conditions do not affect the rights you may have under any relevant statute law.
Your contract for purchases made through sosactivewear.com is with sustainable ocean sweat Ltd. You represent and agree that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site.
You warrant that all details you provide to sosactivewear.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
You agree that email can be used as a means of communication, notification and billing between us. Please be advised that we will never ask for personal details or information via email. If you receive an email asking for your personal information, username or password, or payment information, please do not respond and contact our customer care team immediately.
You warrant that you will not use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order, or using a known invalid credit card will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. sustainable ocean sweat Ltd reserves the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

Your responsibilities if you break these Conditions:
You agree that if you break these Conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and product availability.
Merchandise available for sale changes on a frequent basis. We reserve the right to make changes in our merchandise without notice. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. Some of our products may be available only in limited quantities, so we cannot guarantee that a product displayed on a previous visit to our website may still be available when you visit again. An item may be out of stock temporarily or permanently, or discontinued from our product line. When an item is no longer available, we take reasonable steps to remove it from the website as soon as we can. If you cannot find an item you saw on a previous visit, please notify our customer care team, and we will let you know whether we can find the item for you.
The prices displayed on this website are quoted in British currency and are valid only in the United Kingdom. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification via email, letting you know we have received your order. Please check all the details are correct in this email to avoid delays.
When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours however this may change during busy periods.
sosactivewear.com accept most major credit/debit cards including: VISA and Mastercard. We also accept payment via PayPal and all listed at the bottom of this page.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch. In the event that the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately.
SOS Activewear uses carbon neutral delivery shipping. We aim to have your products delivered to you within 3-5 working days from time of order. Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.
Once an order has been dispatched, SOS Activewear is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order. Postage Charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your products has been shipped.
Customs Fees – Please note that we ship all orders from the UK. Shipments from the UK to the USA or other countries outside Europe may be subject to Federal import regulations which can incur duties and taxes levied as the parcels enter the country, as a small company we can not be liable for these so please check with your local customs office before purchasing from sosactivewear.com
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
SOS Activewear are passionate about customer service and we aim to please every customer with our products that is beautifully made with careful attention to detail and quality.
We are currently unable to accept refund requests on our first collection. Due to the high production costs and values under which the products has been developed, once they has been dispatched the item becomes non-returnable unless faulty or sent incorrectly. As a small business we hope you can understand this.
We hope that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item as every piece is hand checked and lovingly packaged before being delivered to you. However if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can personally assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
SOS Activewear will reimburse you for the postage of your returned parcel if your product is faulty or been packed incorrectly.
Items received that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. Money will only be refunded once we have received the item.
Every single item we create is hand crafted by artisans in our small London factory. We are a slow fashion brand meaning we make small runs of limited designs and as a result we do not have extra stock available for exchanges. In the future we will endeavour to provide this service.

Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with SOS Activewear. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to SOS or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other SOS Activewear mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
