We know sometimes these things don't work out:

  • Please contact hello@sosactivewear.com to request a refund or exchange and we will provide instructions with how to make your return. 
  • You have up to 28 days to return your item(s) from the day you receive your goods.
  • All item(s) must come back in original and unused condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings (including deodorant), pulls or snags.
  • Item(s) must have all original SOS Activewear tags attached. If not, SOS Activewear reserves the right to deny the refund or exchange.
  • If your item was purchased in the sale you have up to 14 days to return your item(s) from the day you receive your goods to receive a full refund. 

If you find the product is faulty, you may also have a right to return these. Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund and instead contact us straight away with a description and photos of the damages to hello@sosactivewear.com 

We are dedicated to creating technical product that lasts. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution.

Exchanges only apply for full-priced items and must be for the same item in a different size/colour depending on availability. On sale items, if you would like to size up, down or a different colour on sale items, we recommend placing another order and returning your original purchase. 

Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product. Shipping fees are only refundable in the case of damaged goods received. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through SOS Activewear.

Following an inspection, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your exchange or refund. Please keep in mind, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back to your original payment method or bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once actioned.
